This years TOY DRIVE was a huge success ❤️
Throughout November and early December we started fundraising for our yearly Toy Drive.
This year we raised in excess of £170,000 by raffling off prizes we purchased or that were donated and through our Rev Comps credit charity draws.
Several cash donations from suppliers/winners/Rev Heads went into the pot as well.
Months of working with the local authorities and schools led to a list of over 2100 children/families most in need.
❤️ We’ve had head teachers break down on the phone, tears in person and countless messages from thankful parents who’ve been in touch to say this has made their Christmas at a time when Christmas would have been very difficult.
😮 40+ schools across Torbay and Newton Abbot received their share of gift bags on Thursday … we distributed 2101 with a few left over just in case of any emergency requirements!

Each bag contained:
✅ £60 The Entertainer toy shop voucher
✅ £25 Asda Voucher
✅ Letter from Santa
✅ Letter to the parents from Rev Comps/Rev Aid
✅ Tape and wrapping paper (paper separately)
✅ A book (colouring/sticker etc)

We’re working out the exact total we’ve spent so far, any remaining funds will go to local good causes in the following weeks 💪

Whether you played on the charity prizes or not, just by being here and getting involved you have helped this years Toy Drive be a massive success. We were able to expand into another area this year meaning an additional 700+ gift bags were distributed over last years total.

🎅 Laura (the collapsed elf bottom left) for taking charge of the organisation over the past few months and delivering an incredibly smooth plan for packing and deliveries.

HUGE Thanks to @TheEntertainer and @Asda who both discounted our spend with them and provided more vouchers as a result. Every little helps … and it made our spend go a lot further with the discount.

🎄 Ryan at Half Price Beds who helped deliver to the whole of Newton Abbot (with over 400 bags in the van) PLUS he donated a Reclining sofa and a mattress bundle

🎄 Dawsons Department Store supplied us with 4 x Yeti coolers for free
🎄 Tristan at Sparkworld gave a 65″ TV
🎄 Kitchen Aid chopped in a hand blender bundle
🎄 Sweatband gave us a Table Football Machine
🎄 Primal fitness donated a Rowing machine
🎄 Aaron for supplying 3 x Apple Tech Bundles
🎄 Blazing Bikes put the pedal down and gave us a Trek Mountain Bike
🎄 Mark and Andy at AC Print for supplying all the printing at cost price and for working late to get it done
🎄 Neil at RCC Agencies for supplying the gift bags, books, tape, wrapping paper at cost.
Anyone I’ve forgotten, thank you to you, I’m sure there’s a few but a big thanks to everyone!
